WELCOME
Hi, I’m Tiffany, a registered clinical counsellor, dedicated to supporting you as you navigate the complexities of your internal world and the heavy lifting of life transitions.
If you’re feeling off, stuck, or unsure where to start, therapy can be a space to breathe and feel more like yourself again. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply grounded in the present moment. I believe that healing happens through the connection we build together, creating a space that welcomes and honours every part of you and whatever emotions arise along the way. Sometimes, the most important work we do is simply celebrating what is already there, starting with the immense courage it takes to show up and be seen.
In our sessions, collaborative means we figure things out together. You don’t have to show up with all the answers and I won’t just sit back and nod. We are active partners in this process. Being emotionally focused means we tune into the feelings underneath your words, the ones that fuel the patterns you might feel stuck in. Rather than circling the same stories, we go to the emotional root so you aren’t just talking about change, but actually moving toward it.
Because I am grounded in the present moment, we pay close attention to what’s happening
right here: your tone, your body language, and the wisdom of your nervous system. These real time moments often hold the key to shifts that words alone can’t reach.
Experience & Background :
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I work exclusively with individual adults. My practice is primarily informed by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Processing (AEDP), but I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This toolkit allows us to work multimodally, addressing the parts of you that feel conflicted while using brain body processing to release stored tension and trauma.
I have extensive experience in trauma work, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and the impact of difficult past experiences. My goal is to create a secure, neuro affirming space where you can move past defensive loops and reconnect with your innate capacity for resilience.
A Little More About Me :
I am a firm believer that play is a vital part of being human. When I’m not working, I’m usually at home with my partner, our dogs, and our chubby cat. I am a hobby enthusiast, and outside of work, my days include reading, crafting, performing improv comedy, and learning to play the guitar. I bring this same appreciation for rhythm, creativity, and the importance of coming home to oneself into every session I facilitate.

R.Ac! Acupuncture
“I started acupuncture treatments with Ozge three months ago and there has been a significant shift in my quality of sleep. I immediately started to experience deeper sleeps and over the last month I can actually go back to sleep if I wake up, something that was not possible before.
In turn, I have more energy, a desire to exercise and socialize more. The treatments have also given me an overall sense of calmness and feeling grounded.”
“Ozge’s intuitiveness and personality coupled with her education gives her an uncanny ability to quickly uncover underlying issues. I am always impressed how quickly she is able to see things by administering the technique of Chinese pulse taking and looking at my tongue. Having tried so many things over the years, I wasn’t sure if acupuncture would do much for me but it has!!
I am so grateful and appreciative how short few months have started to turn things around. THANK YOU!”
“I highly recommend anyone suffering from anxiety or poor sleep visit Ozge for acupuncture treatments. After my treatments I began sleeping soundly and my anxiety decreased significantly. Her professionalism and calm demeanor make the treatments relaxing and enjoyable.”
“Acupuncture treatment is truly a life energy changing experience. Thank you for taking such great care of my Chi.”
“I went to Cascadia Health and Ozge did cupping on me for my first time. I really enjoyed the experience. She made me feel relaxed, at ease, and explained the process as she went. Highly recommend!”
